Job Responsibilities

• Source, purchase and monitor the supply of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials and other operational supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers on quotations, pricing, delivery schedules and product quality.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Compare supplier quotations and identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
• Assist in food costing, cost analysis and supplier performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Kitchen and Warehouse teams to ensure purchasing requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience in the Food & Beverage industry is REQUIRED.
• Experience sourcing food raw materials, packaging materials and dealing with food & beverage suppliers.
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory control and cost management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
