Responsibilities

• Support in promoting and selling security products and services, helping customers select the right products for their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities and contribute to driving sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the branch.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly those in the plantation industry, to support business growth.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge of machinery and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
• Monitor branch operations, ensuring sales and service objectives are met efficiently.
• Assist in implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining and enhancing relationships with plantation companies and other clients.
• Ensure effective and efficient service delivery, assisting with resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Support training and development for branch staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in branch operations, sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region when required.
• Based in or willing to be based in Johor Bahru, Johor.
