Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible in supporting the daily medical operations and attending to the needs and cares of the Customers/ Patients.
- Responsible in providing medical counselling, results interpretation and consultation to Customers/ Patients.
- Responsible in facilitating health and medical workshop to the Team Members, Customers/ Patients as part of the health education programme.
- Responsible in the monitoring and provision of general care to Customers/ Patients.
- Responsible in referring Customers/ Patients to specialist services within or outside of the facility.
- Require to organize preventive medication and health programme to Customers/ Patients.
- Require to liaise with other medical and non-medical Team Members to ensure quality service provision.
- Require to work with other doctors as part of a team, both in the same department and within other specialist.
- Responsible in maintaining infection control practices in the Company.
- Require to interact with Customers/ Patients and family in a caring and confident manner while maintaining Customers/ Patients confidentiality.
- Responsible in initiating and implementing Quality Improvement for the department.
- Responsible in communicating and coordinating with internal departments on all medicines and medical matters.
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to products and services.
- Require to familiarize with the acquired Hospital Information System (HIS)/ Clinical Information System (CIS).
- To lead, develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Programme at iHeal Medical Centre.
