Job Summary

Lead software development projects and teams to deliver robust industrial automation solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into technical designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from planning through implementation to achieve project goals
• Supervise and mentor software development team members to enhance their skills and productivity
• Gather and analyze user requirements to design effective technical solutions aligned with business needs
• Review system architecture, program code, and database structures to ensure quality and maintainability
• Coordinate with customers, users, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Monitor project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards throughout development
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to support continuous development progress
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, rigorous testing, and ongoing maintenance of software applications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or project management roles
• Strong experience in C# and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in software design, system architecture, and database development
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
