Your new role
- Drive IT strategy and digital initiatives to support business growth
- Lead ERP systems and improve core processes across operations and finance
- Deliver system integration and digital solutions to enable e-commerce and automation
- Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud, and security
- Partner with business leaders to turn requirements into practical solutions
- Lead and develop the IT team while managing vendors
- Degree in IT or related field with 10+ years' experience, including leadership
- Proven exposure to APAC and global operations is essential.
- Strong ERP and business systems expertise, ideally in trading or manufacturing
- Experience in system integration, digital platforms, and process improvement
- Exposure to CRM, e-commerce, and omnichannel capabilities
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance
- Familiarity with AI or automation is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
