Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical /Mechanical / Building Services Engineering from recognized education institutes (i.e. PolyU, IVE/TI, or equivalent); AND

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant site work experience for residential buildings.

  • Self-motivated and trustworthy.

  • Responsible for-

  • Inspect, monitor and ensure site works are completed in good quality and    compliance with contract requirement, specification, statutory requirement and relevant regulations.  Site coordination, documentation and monitor site progress.
