Responsibilities
You sit between our products and our customers. Account Managers rely on you to translate customer requirements into technical proposals and proof-of-concepts. Product Managers rely on your insights to shape the roadmap. You'll also support deployment projects for Enterprise customers, working alongside Product Managers and Developers.
You’ll go deep on ************* first, then expand across our other products and services as you ramp up. You'll work alongside Product Managers who'll guide you on the harder calls. You start hands-on and grow into owning more yourself.
What you'll do
Support sales with technical depth
Answer technical questions during the sales cycle.
Help review tenders and RFPs. Suggest alternatives.
Collect technical and business requirements from prospects.
Draft infrastructure and capacity plans for deployments.
Draft technical proposals that explain how we solve the customer's problem.
Build proof-of-concepts
Vibe-code quick prototypes.
Connect ************* with low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) to show what's possible.
Setup AI Agents for Document Workflow
Demo working prototypes to customers.
Support existing customers
Triage, escalate and manage support issues for existing accounts
Improve extraction accuracy through prompt engineering, configuration adjustments, and model fine-tuning.
Support customers on-boarding
Coordinate delivery tasks on Enterprise ************* adoption projects, including integrations and deployment, under a Product Manager.
Help ensure a successful launch of each AI Document Automation project.
Research and learn
Explore new technologies, open-source libraries, and products.
Find better ways to solve customer problems.

Technical writing: documentation, diagrams, proposals
Explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
