Responsibilities
Location: Jurong Pier Road (Transport pickup at Lakeside)
Duration: 3 months contract
Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.15am-5.30pm, Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary: $13/hoour
Job Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and update them in the system.
Coordinate deliveries, shipments and logistics with customers, transporters and freight forwarders.
Follow up on delivery orders, shipping documents and customer requests.
Prepare and print shipping labels, cargo tally sheets and blending instructions.
Plan and monitor shipping schedules, container movements and tank truck loading.
Track outgoing shipments and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc logistics duties as assigned.
