Work Hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm)

Job Scope:

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Handle calls, emails, and patient enquiries.
• Verify insurance, process billing, and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation.
• Coordinate with dentists and staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements:

• Experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Familiarity with dental/medical software is an advantage.
• Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
