Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder andCommunications Management

      Manage allaspects of project and change request engagement from planning, external vendorrelationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

      Continuallymanage project and change request expectations while delegating and managingdeliverable with team members and stakeholders

      Determine thefrequency and content of status reports from the project and change requestteam, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas

      Deliverappropriate and effective executive level communication

      Provide statusreporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks andissues, communicating across leadership and business stakeholders

Process andDelivery Execution

      Manage aportfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

      Full projectlife cycle ownership to ensure successful project delivery

      Manage allaspects of the projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to anddirectly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

      Preparedetailed project plan for all phases of the project

      Ensureassignment of adequate resources to achieve project objectives in plannedtimeframes

      Manage theday-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project managementteam meetings

      Understandinterdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

      Manage projectscope and changes

      Act as aninternal quality control check for the project

      Manage ongoingquality control and participate in quality issue resolution

      Delegate tasksand responsibilities to appropriate personnel

      Monitor, trackand control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and criticalpath deliverables

      Ensure thatprojects and change requests are proceeding according to scope, schedule,budget and quality standards

      Manage projectand change request issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline

Key Requirements:

Education:

      Bachelor’sDegree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Essential:

      Proven workingexperience in IT project management in a banking environment and in treasuryproducts related.

      ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

      Murex knowledgeis a plus

      Excellentclient-facing and internal communication skills

      Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills

      Solidorganizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

      Ability tomulti-task and perform well under pressure

Technical Skills:

      Proven workingexperience in IT project management in a banking environment and in treasuryproducts related.

      ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
