Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end customs clearance operations (import/export/transshipment/transportation).
• Ensure compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs and all regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with government agencies (Customs, MITI, SIRIM, MAQIS, MOH, Port Authority, etc.).
• Manage licensing renewals, SOPs, and customs clearance KPIs.
• Manage local partners or third-party contractors
• Prepare and propose yearly budget.
• Lead, train, and supervise the operations team.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and internal departments on customs procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics operations, including 1–2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Port System, DagangNet, Documentation, Permits, HS code classification & customs procedures.
• Experience dealing with regulatory agencies & port authorities.
• Leadership, problem-solving & strong communication skills.
• Proficient in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
