Description:
Job Purpose
Support production operations by carrying out post-casting finishing activities to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform water blasting to remove shell moulds from castings.
Grind and finish cast parts, runners, risers, and gating systems.
Conduct sandblasting of finished components.
Inspect finished products and report defects or abnormalities.
Operate finishing equipment safely and follow work instructions.
Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.
Requirements
Secondary education or equivalent.
Experience in foundry, manufacturing, or production environments is preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Key Competencies
Team player with a positive work attitude.
Able to follow instructions and work independently.
