We're Hiring: TVSS System Engineer | Railway Communication & CCTV Systems

Location: Singapore Citizens (SC) & Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) Only

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Subcontract Deployment)

Potential Conversion to Permanent Role / Contract Extension Based on Performance

Are you passionate about railway technology, IP surveillance, networking, and wireless communications? We are looking for a TVSS System Engineer to join an exciting railway project involving Train Video Surveillance Systems (TVSS), LAN CCTV, and Train-to-Ground Wireless Communication Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and integrate end-to-end Train Video Surveillance Systems (TVSS) and IP-based CCTV solutions.

Design and implement secure wireless train-to-ground communication networks.

Perform system engineering, integration, implementation, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.

Prepare technical documentation, test procedures, commissioning reports, O&M manuals, and handover documents.

Work closely with software engineers, network engineers, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and onsite commissioning support.

Coordinate production schedules and equipment delivery.

Travel overseas when required for project implementation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in:

• Computer Science
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Information Technology
• ICT Engineering
• Telecommunications Engineering
• Or a related engineering discipline

IP CCTV / TVSS Architecture

LAN & Enterprise Networking

TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing & Switching

Wireless Networking (Wi-Fi, LTE, 5G)

RF Propagation & Wireless Communication Concepts

Train-to-Ground Communication Systems

IP Cameras & Video Management Systems (VMS)

Network Troubleshooting & System Integration

Testing, Commissioning & Site Support

Technical Documentation & Engineering Reports
