We are seeking a visionary Head of Architecture Strategy to lead enterprise-wide technology direction, shape transformation agendas, and influence executive decision-making at the highest level. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technology, driving data-backed insights into actionable outcomes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

* 15+ years of experience in IT Strategy / Architecture / Consulting

* Strong background in banking / financial services or consulting environments

* Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders

* Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategic Enablement

* Lead and mentor a high-performing architecture & strategy team

* Establish a data-driven operating model for enterprise decision-making

Market & Technology Insights

* Analyze external IT, digital, and architecture trends across banking & financial services

* Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Data, Digital Platforms) and their strategic impact

Internal Technology & Architecture Intelligence

* Assess internal architecture practices, trends, and major incidents

* Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities with actionable recommendations

Executive Communication

* Develop sharp, insight-led presentations for senior leadership & executive committees

* Translate complex architecture concepts into clear, business-aligned narratives

Stakeholder Engagement

* Partner with business, technology, and strategy leaders to drive alignment

* Influence senior stakeholders and enable enterprise-wide transformation decisions
