About The Team

You’ll be joining the ************* Global Payroll team, which values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist based in Malaysia to support end-to-end global payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using ADP payroll systems, strong cross-border payroll expertise, and a forward-thinking mindset to leverage modern digital tools and AI capabilities to optimize efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Payroll Processing: Manage and execute end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple regions using ADP systems (e.g., ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or ADP Freedom).
• AI & Automation Drive: Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Python scripts) to automate workflows, optimize data handling, and drive measurable improvements in operational productivity.
• Vendor & System Management: Partner closely with internal HR/Finance teams and external payroll vendors (including ADP) to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery.
• Compliance & Statutory Audit: Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations, social security, pension contributions, and labor laws across international jurisdictions.
• Data Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform monthly payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, GL postings, and support internal/external audit requirements.
• Stakeholder Support: Serve as a key point of contact for employee and stakeholder queries regarding global payroll, tax withholdings, and benefits.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Around 3–5 years of hands-on experience in global or regional (APAC/EMEA/AMER) payroll processing.
• ADP Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with ADP payroll software (ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or similar) is required.
• Tech & AI Capability: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI coding assistants to streamline tasks, automate reporting, and drive measurable improvements in productivity.
• Global Compliance: Solid understanding of multi-country payroll compliance, tax structures, and statutory regulations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
