Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager;

Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Hotel Manager in driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They help develop strategies to increase revenue and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales targets and business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts
• Support the Hotel Manager in planning sales strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Attend meetings, events, and client visits when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (hotel industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Malaysian Citizens Only
• Preferred candidates should have experience in the hotel industry. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
