All confirmed and permanent staff in grade BG52 to Band G who have served a minimum of 2 years in the current role are eligible to apply for this position.

Programme delivery management: Manage end-to-end delivery for assigned programmes; meet calendar, capacity, quality targets Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and learner communications for smooth execution Facilitator capability & QA: Support facilitator network management; conduct briefings, dry runs, and assist in QA processes Experience design: Execute experiential learning activities (role-plays, simulations); ensure readiness of materials and technology Coaching for performance: Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions for Wealth Advisors; reinforce advisory behaviours and compliance standards Reinforcement: Implement reinforcement activities; monitor coaching impact and report progress to Lead Data, insight, & continuous improvement: Track learning hours, attendance, NPS, coaching outcomes; prepare reports, analysis and recommend improvements Compliance & integrity: Ensure integrity during assessments and coaching; maintain audit-ready documentation

3–5 years in training delivery or coaching, preferably in financial services Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse learner groups. Familiarity with wealth products and frontline advisory processes is an advantage. Ability to manage programme logistics Awareness of adult-learning principles and experiential methods Comfortable with LMS/LXP platforms and virtual classroom tools Experienced with data tracking and reporting
