Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional facial, body, and device-based treatments (e.g. Hydrafacial, IPL, fat freezing) safely and effectively
Conduct basic skin and body assessments to understand clients’ conditions and treatment needs
Provide personalised treatment recommendations in line with doctor’s guidance and clients’ aesthetic goals
Promote and upsell treatments, packages, and skincare products to achieve sales targets
Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are always clean, hygienic, and well-maintained
Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach
Build strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
Achieve and exceed individual sales and treatment performance targets
Requirement
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the aesthetic / beauty industry preferred
Strong sales, consultation, and customer service skills will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed with a professional personality
Willing to work retail hours and shift schedule
