Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, scheduling, and payroll preparation.
• Involved with work pass, license applications, and renewals.
• Resolve employee enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct site visits to support daily operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with training, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Prepare HR and operational reports.
• Provide hands-on operational support whenever required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

· Able to work with minimum supervision

· Team player and can lead a team

· Minimum 2 years of experience in relatable field

· Good communication skills
