We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented EHS Coordinator to join an expanding biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Singapore.

Reporting directly to the Head of EHS, you will work alongside Senior EHS Specialists to support daily administrative, operational, and compliance activities. This role offers deep safety exposure, giving you the opportunity to collaborate across various operational departments to help roll out and maintain site Safety Management Systems in a regulated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in rolling out the site’s Safety Management System, maintaining SOPs, Risk Assessments, and tracking corrective actions.

• Track safety KPIs, incident statistics, and compliance metrics. Prepare monthly EHS reports and publish safety awareness bulletins.

• Coordinate EHS induction and refresher training, prepare slides, and manage attendance records.

• Manage PRs for PPE and safety consumables, liaise with vendors, and support security/fire system admin.

• Organize safety committee meetings, document minutes, and coordinate EHS activities with plant operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, EHS, or related field with 1–2 years of EHS/admin support experience (preferably in manufacturing).

• Proficient in MS Office, with strong documentation skills and a basic understanding of Singapore EHS regulations.

• Self-starter with high attention to detail, strong organization, and clear communication skills.
