The incumbent is responsible to perform Fixed Assets transaction processing (daily & month-end close activities) including accounts reconciliation, Corporate/Statutory reporting & compliance for Fixed Assets in a Shared service environment.

Job responsibilities

• Handling of Fixed Asset transactions on a daily basis and closing the subledger during month end closing per the internal control and IFRS requirements.
• Ensure proper supporting documents and record retention of documents in a timely manner.
• Support and coordinate the Annual Physical Count exercise and publishing the results as per schedule.
• Liasion with internal/external auditors on any queries and supporting required on the fixed asset accounting transactions.
• Improvement on operation efficiency.

Job requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• 2 years of Experience in ERP such as Oracle
• Fixed Assets knowledge with good analytical skills
• Demonstrated initiative in operational improvements
• Able to use Microsoft office and Excel pivot and macros
