JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, an established real estate investment and property management firm, is currently looking for a Property Management Manager to join their team.

The Property Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of upkeep, regulatory compliance and tenant service.

The role includes conducting property inspections, managing repairs and rectification works, establishing operating and emergency procedures, implementing energy-saving initiatives, and overseeing upgrading or redevelopment works.

Additionally, the responsibility includes managing vendors and service contracts, preparing and monitoring CAPEX and OPEX budgets, coordinating tenant handovers, fit-outs and reinstatement works, and delivering asset enhancement projects from planning through commissioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Operations, or a related field
• Experience in retail asset classes would be preferred
• Strong experience in property maintenance, vendor and service contract management
• Experience preparing and managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets
• Knowledge of URA regulations
