Service Advisor (Automotive)

• Serving, managing and retaining customer.
• Ensure all customer cases are attended and delivered as promised.
• Ensure monthly KPI, Service and Customer Satisfaction Index target are achieved.
• Execute and implement any job assignment and instruction given by Superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive/Business or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in automotive service industry is preferred.

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem solving mindset.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driving license.
