This role involves managing and overseeing the system management functions, ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure, security, and operations while maintaining strong interdepartmental collaboration and compliance with IT policies.

Responsibilities:

• System Management Oversight: Manage the system management units, including servers, networks, infrastructure, IT operations, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.
• IT Request Delegation: Delegate IT tickets and requests among team members, ensuring follow-through and timely resolution.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain up-to-date information regarding IT inventory for efficient deployment and installation.
• Capacity Planning: Develop and propose capacity management plans to prevent business disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
• Technology Research: Research emerging business technologies and IT software to enhance the organization’s IT systems.
• Policy Development: Develop IT policies and procedures to comply with group and audit/ISO requirements.
• Data Security: Safeguard data and information assets by identifying and addressing potential and actual security issues.
• Risk Management: Develop and enhance the organization’s risk management framework.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
• 2-4 years proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows/UNIX/Linux based environment and network security (router, firewall, clouds and etc)
• Experience in Cloud Solutions, virtualization and containerization (eg, VMware, Virtual Box etc)
• Solid knowledge and skills in network, server platform and cyber security
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT Helpdesk and IT Operations best practices, network operations, cyber security operations.
• Strong in teamwork and ability to interact with all levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
