Temporary Event Staff (3 Days) – Jakarta

Dates: 23–25 April 2026 (3 days)

Working Hours: Full-day shifts during exhibition hours

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and presentable Event Booth Assistant to support our team during ARCH:ID Jakarta, a leading architecture and design trade exhibition. You will be the first point of contact for visitors at our booth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors to the booth in a professional manner
• Introduce our company/platform clearly and confidently
• Direct visitors to our website (via QR code or link)
• Collect visitor details and leads (digital form or manual entry)
• Identify potential business leads and flag them to the team
• Ensure the booth is tidy, organised, and well-presented at all times

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken)
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching visitors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic tech familiarity (QR codes, simple data entry)
• Prior event or exhibition experience is a plus
• Interest in architecture, design, or construction industry is an advantage
