Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Performing accounting and clerical duties such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable processing, and bank reconciliations
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Providing support to the accounting team as needed
- Ensuring all accounting records and documentation are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhering to internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls
1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or certifications in accounting or bookkeeping would be an advantage
Native in Cantonese; good command of Putonghua and English
