Responsibility

• Manage policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals within established service turnaround timelines
• Underwrite and provide Foreign Worker Bonds’ quotation
• Monitor renewal portfolios, assess renewal appeals and support the retention of existing business
• Provide ongoing service support to customers and intermediaries, ensuring timely follow-up and fostering strong long-term relationships
• Provide backup support for Customer Care Counter operations, including attending to customer and intermediaries enquiries via phone, email and walk-in channels and processing credit card transactions

Requirement

• Diploma or higher qualification
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in insurance policy servicing
• Possess Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Certificate in Health Insurance (CHI)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
