About The Job.

In this vital technical role, you will coordinate mechanical and electrical project execution across complex commercial and industrial developments.

• Direct daily on-site mechanical and electrical installations to align with project specifications.
• Coordinate progress timelines and resource schedules with main contractors and specialized technical partners.
• Monitor equipment testing protocols and quality assurance checks to ensure full compliance with design standards.
• Supervise project documentation, variation orders, and material schedules to maintain budget controls.
• Facilitate regular site reviews and technical alignment meetings to resolve operational challenges.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Practical background handling site execution or engineering coordination for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with commercial developments, high-rise building services, or industrial site operations.
• Capability to interpret technical engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and project schedules.
• Diploma or degree qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams.
