About the Roles

Join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Support Executive with a leading organisation specialising in the design and manufacture of material handling systems. Based in Gul Circle with company-provided transportation, this is a permanent role offering a basic salary plus variable bonus. Enjoy a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM while supporting customer service and sales operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries from customers.
• Coordinate with clients on service schedules, requirements, and quotations.
• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document maintenance, and filing.
• Record incoming workshop goods and support service department documentation.
• Prepare service quotations and provide general administrative assistance.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess at least an N-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and take initiative.
