Job Summary

As a Sr. Clients Relations Executive, you will be involved in promoting and prospecting for our specialist medical reports throughout Malaysia. In line with our growth and expansion, we are looking for candidates to fulfill this role in our organization.

Job Description

1. To visit and communicate with legal firms in order to build good rapport and develop customer relationships.

2. To create awareness of our product and services.

3. To handle inquiries of our services and availability of specialists.

4. To assist with marketing plans

5. To search legal firms in Google and Website.

6. To make phone calls to lawyer firms and reply emails promptly.

7. Follow up and clarify with legal firms and to give them free dates for Dr’s approval.

8. Work closely with General Manager and marketing team.

9. To update general manager on daily basis via Whats app.

Requirement

Ø Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management or a Diploma in marketing or a related field

Ø Required language/s (Spoken & Written) : English

Ø Full time position only

Ø Willing to travel out of base (as and when required)

Ø Own transport and valid driving licence

Ø Must be able to multi-task

Ø Creativity and problem-solving skills

Ø Good observation and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail

Ø Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure

Ø Ability to convinces the firms or lawyers.
