Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pretzel products according to the Company’s standard recipes, procedures, and production requirements.
• Bake and finish pretzel products according to the required time, temperature, and quality standards.
• Ensure all pretzels meet the required standards for size, shape, texture, taste, freshness, and presentation.
• Prepare dough, ingredients, and prepared products to minimise wastage and maintain product quality.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and outlet SOP requirements.
• Assist with cashier duties, including taking orders, operating the POS system, and handling customer payments when assigned.
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly and attentive service.
• Maintain punctuality, honesty, responsibility, and teamwork in all assigned duties.

Working Hours

• Six (6) working days per week

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
