Finance Executive (Full Set)
- Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure completeness of audit trails.
- Assist in the preparation of reports required for group reporting and consolidation.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial closing activities.
- Assist in ESG / sustainability reporting initiatives, where applicable.
Finance Executive (Group consolidation)
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Support Group consolidation by preparing schedules, collecting financial data, and assisting with intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Reports for public release in line with statutory requirements.
- Support the preparation of quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) meeting papers and related schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents and coordination tasks.
- Liaise with corporate secretary on regulatory filings, announcements, and corporate governance documentation.
- Perform basic accounting tasks and financial closing for assigned entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules, for month-end and year-end closing.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in audit processes by preparing required schedules and responding to auditor queries.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or financial reporting (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered).
Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred.
Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards.
Exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
