Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CW Human Resource to support the end-to-end management of human resource operations. This role will be responsible for human resource operation activities, managing purchase orders and invoices, administering HRDC-related processes, and supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives.
This role is suitable for individuals who are hands-on, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contingent Workforce Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Ecolab workers, including onboarding, contract administration, extensions, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth CW operations and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate CW records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.
Invoice and Purchase Order Management
- Handle purchase order (PO) creation and tracking related to contingent workforce engagements.
- Process and monitor vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with approved budgets.
- Work closely with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth payment cycles.
HRDC Administration
- Support HRDC-related documentation and claims processes, ensuring compliance with HRDC requirements and guidelines.
- Coordinate training records, submissions, and reporting where applicable.
Engagement and Communication
- Support employee and contractor engagement initiatives, including internal communications, events, and engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing communication materials, updates, and announcements related to workforce programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist functions, or workforce management.
- Experience handling vendor management, invoicing, or purchase order processes will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in payroll processing or HR operations support
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
