We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Account Supervisor at YonMing Group Headquarters, Sungai Buloh

Job Responsibilities:-

• Able to handle a full set of accounts and on timely closing of monthly accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Perform payment including bank transfer, telegraph transfer & banker acceptance & record bank receipt. Liaising with banks regarding issues on payments and foreign exchange matters.
• Reconcile and maintain ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations & oversea supplier statement reconciliation.
• To prepare weekly & monthly management reporting, analysis report, budget & cash flow.
• Assist in HR matters (Payroll).
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors and company secretarial agents.
• Any other ad-hoc task from time to time.

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma / Degree / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media platforms, and basic marketing tools or software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
