We're Hiring: Senior HR Administrator (IR/ER) — Knowles Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. / Knowles Distribution Sdn. Bhd.

Are you an experienced HR practitioner with a strong grip on employee relations, compliance, and workplace engagement? Join our Human Resources team as a Senior HR Administrator, Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (IR/ER), and take ownership of the programs that keep our workforce compliant, engaged, and well-supported.

What you'll own:

️ Canteen Management — coordinate the Canteen Committee, run monthly audits, keep TRA/GHG/chemical registration current, and ensure vendor and operator compliance.

Foreign Contract Worker (FCW) & Hostel Management — manage permit renewals, medical checkups, and hostel operations, including Certificate of Accommodation (COA) compliance.

LHR, Ethics & Audit Coordination — lead risk assessments, TRA documentation, and act as LHR & Ethics Internal Auditor Coordinator for SOX, RBA, ISO/OSHA and customer audits.

Employee Engagement Leadership — drive DL Round Table sessions, Exempt Tea Tarik, DL Townhall, and festival celebrations (CNY, Raya, Deepavali, Christmas).

Company Policy Review — keep HR policies current and aligned with regulatory change.

What we're looking for:

️ Diploma/Degree in HR or a related field

️ Minimum 5 years' HR experience, preferably in IR/ER, compliance, or audit

️ Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills

️ Computer literate (MS Office, HR systems)

️ High integrity and confidentiality
