Position: Sales Specialist (Contract Basis)

Location: Singapore (Field-based / Door-to-Door)

There is no basic salary cap—your earning potential is entirely in your hands with an industry-leading commission structure.

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% Commission-Based: No fixed basic salary, but an exceptionally high payout of up to 70% commission per successful sale.
• Uncapped Earnings: The harder you hustle, the more you make.
• Contract Basis: Enjoy the independence of working on a contract framework.

Working Hours

• Time: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Commitment: 6 days a week (Inclusive of weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales and product demonstrations to potential residential or commercial customers.
• Engage confidently with the public, understand customer needs, and pitch the right solutions.
• Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally to close deals on the spot.
• Achieve personal daily and weekly sales milestones.

Requirements

• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in outdoor sales, door-to-door sales, or real estate/insurance prospecting is a huge advantage (but not required—training will be provided!).
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
