What is your mission?

• Responsible for client payroll process (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations) from multiple countries (Singapore & Hong Kong).
• Review payroll computations, payroll reports, bank submission files, and annual returns prepared by payroll team members and ensure accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Utilize payroll software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Input data into Payroll system and maintenance of staff information.
• Responsible for implementing a new payroll setup (database, payroll & leave administration).
• Provide advice to clients on payroll issues & any other issues related to employment act.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve payroll processes and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• At least Diploma qualification in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing of multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
