Responsibilities
Basic Salary : $2500 - $3000 + Night Shift Allownce + Flexi Benefit
12hour Shift - 4334
8 pm - 8 am (Night Shift)
Location: Boon Lay (Transport at Lakeside )
Responsibilities :
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to support daily operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate operational documents and reports.
Respond to customer enquiries and ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
Requirement :
0- 3 years of experience in customer service
