  • Build and manage vendor relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure suppliers are evaluated against performance and value benchmarks.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand procurement requirements, align purchasing decisions with budget parameters, and enforce procurement governance.
  • Ensure procurement practices meet regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, manage audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all financial practices align with SFRS, statutory obligations, and internal governance standards.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Partner with senior management and governance bodies to support financial decision-making and strategic growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance and procurement professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Reporting, and Finance Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or other service-oriented industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of month-end close, audit processes, and statutory reporting, beyond FP&A and budgeting.
  • Proven experience overseeing procurement functions, including vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
