Position: Assistant Teacher
Salary Package: RM1,700 – RM2,000 (no experience) ; RM2,000 – RM2,500 (depending experience)
-Additional allowances, bonuses, or commissions may be provided based on work attitude and performance.
Working Location: Taman Mount Austin, JB

Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Descriptions:
· Conduct activities according to the centre’s structured lesson procedures.
· Lead simple sensory integration, movement, music, and interactive learning activities.
· Guide parents and children during parent-child classes.
· Prepare simple teaching materials and activity equipment.
· Support children’s right-brain development, motor skills, concentration, confidence, and emotional development.
· Maintain a relaxed, caring, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
· Manage small classes of approximately one to five children.
· Follow fixed lesson steps without needing to prepare academic lessons, homework, or extensive teaching materials.
· Communicate patiently and positively with children and parents
Keep the classroom and activity materials organized and safe.

Requirements
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
Physically fit and comfortable conducting movement-based activities.
Patient, caring, and responsible.
Enjoy working and interacting with young children.
Able to follow structured lesson procedures.
No experience is required, as the activities and teaching steps are clear and simple.
· Relevant experience in early childhood education, childcare, or children’s enrichment programmes will be an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
