5 Months Contract (August - December)

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out warehouse operations efficiently and safely, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in governance and integrity.
• Perform visual inspections and verify the quantity, quality, and specifications of incoming materials against purchase orders, STOs, and supporting documents. Accurately record all items in the system for timely updates.
• Inspect, label, preserve, and properly pack incoming goods, including assigning custom registration numbers for tax-exempt items.
• Organize and store materials to their characteristics and ISO standards.
• Review and process material withdrawal requests from end users, coordinating logistics to ensure smooth, timely, and safe delivery.
• Ensure all chemical deliveries include proper documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate system records and prevent shortages.
• Be available for on-call duties outside regular working hours to support operational needs and ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Prepare discrepancy reports for supplier deliveries and follow up to ensure prompt replenishment.
• Maintain and update a material photo database, ensuring accurate records and proper documentation.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization across warehouse and yard areas through routine housekeeping, HSE inspections, and promoting safety awareness among team members.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of experience preferably in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Professional certifications in purchasing, inventory management, logistics, or contract management will be an added advantage.
• Valid license or certification to operate material handling equipment (e.g., oil and gas safety passport, forklift, side stacker).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
