What The Role Is

You will manage Support Services and Maintenance contracts, overseeing contractor performance and contractual obligations. You will work closely with users to ensure effective and compliant contract processing, and recommend improvements where needed.

What You Will Be Working On

• Manage Support Services and Maintenance contracts, ensuring contractors meet their contractual obligations and performance standards
• Work with Capability owners and contract users to understand outsourcing needs and translate them into effective contracting mechanisms
• Design contracting approaches tailored to drive maximum utility from outsourcing arrangements, achieving desired outcomes in readiness, performance and compliance
• Conduct compliance surveillance and monitor contractor performance against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support budgeting, risk management and negotiation processes related to contract management
• Recommend and implement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of contract processing
  
  Challenge(s)
• Navigating the complexities of managing multiple stakeholders and parties with competing priorities to propose the best-fit contract design and management approach
• Understanding the peculiarities of a vast and diverse range of support requirements, each with varied contract approaches and mechanisms
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of working experience in logistics or supply-related functions is preferred
• Experience in contract management is preferred
• Resilient and persistent in achieving outcomes
• Proactive and open-minded approach to problem-solving
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
