As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth, developing client solutions, and expanding market presence for PASTI's commercial insurance and GPS-related services. This hybrid role requires both hands on execution and strategic thinking. You will work across departments including finance, operations, insurers and product development to deliver on business outcomes.

Job Scope

• Drive business growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain an accurate client database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME clients, including preparing proposals and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
• Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations to improve business results.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance providers and business partners.
• Support product development by gathering market insights and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Admin, and Legal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage strategic accounts and explore collaboration opportunities with government agencies, regulators, and corporate clients.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, sales strategies, and product expansion.
