Job Summary

Principle Responsibilities:

1. Review, draft and prepare all contracts in the company
2. Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legislation and regulations
3. Provide Legal advice
4. Liaise with external lawyers or law firms for any litigation cases
5. Any ad-hoc task which required by Management

Qualifications

1. The appointee will need to have:

• Bachelor degree in Law (LLB)
• 2-3 years of experience (In House is preferred)
• Experience in automotive industry is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English
• Able to work with minimum supervision, multi-tasking and meet deadlines
