What You'll Be Doing:
Running your kitchen section like a pro- you’re the boss when the Head Chef’s not around.
You’ll make sure each dish looks & tastes like a masterpiece before it heads out of the kitchen
Make sure every dish follows the chef’s vision to a T, but don’t be afraid to sprinkle of your creativity
Ensure all stations are running well, from prep to plating!
Work alongside your fellow chefs to make sure service runs as smooth
Chop, dice, and slice, keeping our ingredients prepped & ready for action
Whether it’s setting up at the start or at the end of the shift, you’ll make sure everything is prepped, clean, & ready to roll for the next round of service!
Who We Are Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
Must be able to rotate day and night shifts
