 We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sale Assistant to join our team!!

Multiple locations - Pavilion KL / Pavilion Bukit Jalil / IOI City / IOI Damansara / Mid Valley / 118 & more outlets opening in the next coming months!

 In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their gadget and accessories purchases.

What you'll be doing

   SALES ASSOCIATE

1. Greeting customers & welcoming all clients
2. Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
3. Demonstrating product features and answering customer questions
4. Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
5. Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail space
6. Restocking and organising merchandise as needed
7. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or issues
8. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

     BRANCH MANAGER

·        Act as a manager, coach and mentor to all store staff.

·        Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.

·        Lead by example in customer service and consistently display the right attitude.

·        Manage store operations, organize and assign tasks and duties to store staff.

·        Ensure store targets are met every month.
