Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a CRM Senior Technical Consultant to drive the end-to-end architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of our enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. This role bridges advanced technical engineering with strategic business consulting.

You will design high-performing back-end architectures, robust web services, and user portals while leading technical delivery teams. You will ensure scalability, optimal system performance, and strong stakeholder alignment across various project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Development: Architect and implement custom enterprise CRM solutions utilizing the CRM SDK, C#, and .NET frameworks. Design, write, and maintain clean, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Technical Leadership & Quality: Provide technical mentorship to team members, establish best practices for engineering quality, and oversee version control.
  • Requirement Engineering: Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements. Translate complex objectives into technical specifications and interactive prototypes.
  • System Integration & Configuration: Configure system infrastructure, including Mailbox setup, Server-Side Synchronization, and granular CRM Security Roles. Troubleshoot server-side and asynchronous process bugs.
  • Deployment & DevOps Management: Orchestrate system testing, deployment checklists, and cutover procedures across both Agile and Waterfall lifecycles. Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and budgets.
  • Client Support & Operations: Manage post-implementation support and service delivery in strict compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Author training materials and facilitate user knowledge transfer.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Core Expertise: Deep, extensive technical experience specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (both Cloud/Online and On-Premises environments).
  • Low-Code/No-Code: Proven expertise in the Power Platform ecosystem, specifically designing Power Apps and Power Portals.
  • Cloud Architecture: Strong hands-on engineering experience deploying architectures within Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud infrastructures.
  • Development Skills: Proficiency in C# development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and IIS configuration.
  • Integrations: Experience building and consuming web services utilizing SOAP and REST protocols.
  • DevOps Tools: Familiarity with modern code versioning and CI/CD tools (such as Azure DevOps, TFS, or Git).
  • Environment: Adaptability to manage projects across both public and private sectors, adhering to respective data and security compliance frameworks.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
