Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the structuring of financial transactions, including but not limited to capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and special situations advisory.
Conduct thorough financial analyses and modeling to support strategic recommendations for clients.
Participate in the development of tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Support senior advisors in preparing detailed presentations, reports, and documentation for client engagements.
Engage in market research and competitive analysis relevant to client projects, ensuring data-driven insights inform advisory strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute advisory mandates effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in corporate finance
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage.
