We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance industry to join our Technology Solutions team in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Work with Product, Actuarial, Pricing, and IT teams to deliver insurance product configurations.
• Configure insurance products on business platforms.
• Prepare functional specifications, API mapping, and process flows.
• Perform impact analysis and support system implementation.
• Create "As-Is" and "To-Be" process flows.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
• Support Agile project delivery and product rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or Systems Development.
• Experience in the Insurance domain is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Insurance Product Configuration (Par, Non-Par, ILAS).
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, MongoDB, and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of API Mapping and API sequence flows.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Microservices, and Mobile technologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good spoken and written English.

• Insurance product rollout experience.
