Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts and oversee all accounting functions, including budgeting, audits, internal reporting, and external reporting.
• Prepare and update Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger records.
• Generate monthly financial management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors (for year-end financial audits and financial statements), tax agents, corporate secretaries, local government authorities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Manage petty cash transactions, including preparing payments and verifying petty cash documents.
• Perform bank deposits and withdrawals, monitor daily bank balances, and manage cash flow.
• Ensure debtor aging and creditor aging are maintained to facilitate timely payments.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently.
• Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and initiate online banking payments.
• Handle claims and commissions payments accurately.
• Conduct interim stock take audits to verify inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferably 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, meticulous, and uphold high integrity.
• Experience handling full set of accounts within the F&B industry is an advantage.
• Immediate availability to start work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
